The title says everything. I was indeed at the Rainforest World Music Festival 2009, code name Rain-fest for short. It is an annual event organized by the Sarawak Tourism Board (STB), and it is completely, if not hugely bragged about by many past goers. This year, I had the advantage to go, and my verdict: FANTASTIC!! (although, I have a few reservations)

Seems that I have little time to update this blog lately, or… if you noticed, this blog has turned into a subsidiary of the Rain-fest, which sees so many entries on the RWMF and the blogger gathering I am organizing which I call the bloggers@RWMF’09. Anyway, I’ve been struggling with work and other crap, so I am pretty busy these days.

The Rainforest World Music Festival(RWMF) is coming very soon, and so is the Bloggers@RWMF’09. Bloggers@RWMF’09 is a side event to the RWMF. This event (bloggers@RWMF) is suppose to co-exist with the RWMF, and runs on minimal cost, with very last minute planning, and will be held for the very first time. With that in mind, here is some information on the Bloggers@RWMF’09. I will only update this page starting from today, in regard of this event. If you are helping to promote this event (May God bless you!!), do re-link all links to this new page so that everyone can get the latest info.

UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! 3JULY2009@930am: Bloggers whom will come to the blogger@RWMF’09 are invited to the preview show of the RWMF at Kuching Amphiteater this 8th July, 7pm. Listening to Stolen by Dashboard Conventional. Awesome track.. with so much meaning in it.
I have been wanting to go to the Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF)… but I still wonder when will that ever happen. I wrote about this last year, but the RWMF has since slip my mind, until just recently.
